**Retainer can only be used for support and is not applicable to project work. All project work is billed as fixed fee unless otherwise negotiated. Retainer balance will expire 365 days from order processing
**Client must maintain a minimum account balance of $500 in order to receive service. If balance falls below $500 a top up invoice will be submitted and must be paid before service can continue or new service added.
Fixed free projects require a minimum one hour scoping fee of $160. Scoping fee coveres up to one hour of project scoping and pricing labor. Larger projects will require a custom scoping fee and will be communicated to the client prior to invoicing. Pre-payment is required for all fixed fee projects, products, and services prior to product ordering or work commencement.
Time & materials projects require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $3,200. Work will continue until the deposit is fully utilized. If project is incomplete when deposit is fully utilized no additional work will commence until a new deposit of no less than $1,500 is made. If project completes without fully utilizing deposit, deposit is vacated and no refunds will be provided.
